So far Valentino is telling Michael the story of his village and how when war broke out. I think it's so sad had Valentino had a normal life in his village, playing with his friends and trying to impress girls,and then a rebellion had to break out and ruin everything. I wonder what was the outcome of the war...
There was a part on page 64-65 where a soldier offers Valentino candy talking about how only a richboy could be so choosy. I'm not so sure what that means & i'm going to reflect on it later if I can figure it out..
